- Use Permit Expediting Service. We provide a comprehensive turnkey solution for home improvement permitting. Our services include completing all necessary paperwork to secure your permit. We handle the submission of your completed permit application to the relevant building department and diligently follow up to ensure the permit is processed. Upon approval, we will email you a copy of the permit and receipt for your records. After your project is completed, we coordinate with both the homeowner and the building department to efficiently close out the permit.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 11. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may offer SMS/text messaging to provide updates and notifications regarding permit applications, inspection scheduling, and related services.
A. Program Description:
By opting in to Go Permits SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages to the mobile number you provide. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection scheduling and reminders
- Permit status updates
- Requests for additional information
- Service notifications
B. Message Frequency:
Message frequency will vary depending on your project and interactions. You may receive multiple messages per project as required for scheduling and notifications.
C. Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
D. Opt-In:
By providing your mobile number to Go Permits LLC, or to a client, contractor, or other party entrusted with your building or permit request, you expressly consent to receive text messages You affirm that the mobile number provided is your primary mobile phone number and that you agree to be contacted via this number regarding your permit, inspection, or related services.
E. Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out at any time by replying with STOP. After your request, you will receive one final message confirming that you have unsubscribed. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of communication.

G. Privacy:
We do not sell your mobile information or SMS consent to third parties.
